Q. How do I book a yoga session with you?

Q. What does a standard session look like?
A. Everything I do is completely tailored to you so in some ways no session is standard! Most sessions will begin with some relaxation to get you grounded before moving on to yoga poses before ending in meditation. The timings can vary - some people prefer less meditation so we will only do 5 or 10 minutes, other people prefer more and it can run up to 30 minutes.
Some people need chair based yoga, some people don't, some need a combination of the two. All poses are selected with your physical needs and goals in mind.
Q. Do I need to use my block booking sessions on consecutive weeks?
A. This is a question I'm asked a lot! The good news is no! Life happens for all of us, people get sick, holidays crop up or work gets super busy, and because of that you can use your sessions whenever suits you! Although I do ask for payment up front (which entitles you to a 10% discount) those sessions can be held as long as necessary - you can have two per week, one a month or something in between!
Q. Can I book and pay on a session-per-session basis?
A. Of course! However, bear in mind this means you don't get the 10% discount you do when booking 4 or more sessions.
Q. Can the sessions take place over Skype or Zoom?
A. Absolutely! We can have a session that is completely remote, or you can always order a tailored program to do at home instead if you prefer.
