You can decide how long you want each session to last, what you want to work on (a specific body part, cardio, strength, etc.), detail any physical limitations you have and I'll come up with a full 4 week program for you to follow at home.
All programs come with accompanying pictures showing the pose being described so you can see exactly what you need to do.
Each program you purchase builds on the one before so you can continue to grow and develop your practice to meet your individual needs.
