Mindfulness and Yoga Workshop 28th March
Join us at this retreat workshop which will show you how mindfulness with yoga can contribute positively in your life, helping to reduce stress and increase well-being. You’ll learn how to be present in your everyday life and how you can be more contented with clearer focus. Participants will participate in mindfulness and gentle yoga techniques. These techniques can be applied to everyday life, to help cope and live better with pain, stress, illness and anxiety.
